System Sports
Should Sports in the School system be eliminated ?
Does the entire concept of sports in our school system seem like a valid
educational tool ?
Should sports be discontinued ?
I agree with her. Being a product of a spots family growing up, Basketball in our house was golden and my dad's players (from the last 50 years) was a Great way to grow up and have been a great contact for my parents in their golden years. Sports have to be done in the right way that the children/students learn from their activity. I have minimally let my 2 boys participate in sports thru our Recreation Department and it seems every rec. department is the same. Bad organization and poor sport parents. That's where the bullies come in, thru their parents. Wow, this was random so to answer your question, so for what it is worth, Yes I think sports should be in our school systems but it should be handled appropriately so that the kids can grow and learn from what they participate in.
